Fitness for me is overall healthy feel , physically, emotionally and mindfully. For physical fitness I workout for atleast 45 minutes a day 5 days a week. A combination of cardio, weight training, and yoga. Eating healthy and clean is also a main part of physical.fitness. For Emotional fitness and mindfilnessI resort to Heartuflness meditation, which includes relaxation, meditation, cleaning negativities and finally gratitude. prayer during bed time. Reading good books is for mindfulness.

मेरे विचार से आभी तक मेरे जीवन के अनुभवों हम 5 चेजी पर धियान देने की ज़रूरत हैं। 1. हम क्या और कैसे खाते है । 2. हमें कब खाना चाहिएं । 3. हमारे निंद कि qaulity किसी होनी चाहिए । 4. सुबह का routine me 30 mins exercise हैं । 5. आपका वातावरण कैसा है ।

Hello, Prime minister. I am so happy to share my thoughts here with you sir. I think we have to teach this in Hong children from school to include more fit India. Like more emphasis on sports than education. Teach students a basic needs of life. Like how to grow own food, how to workout, how to save water, how to save planet? That is going to be big help for everyone. Teach them growing more tree And savings forest. Teach them basic yoga through whole school life. Thank you, Rupal.

To stay fit & health, one must get early in the morning, do yoga, asan, pranayama, dring sufficient water to keep our body hydrate, take healthy foods that have full of vitamins & proteins, one should drink a cup of Milk

R/Sir LPG subsidy not take without costumer willingness because sir due to Covid-19 every family's economic power very weak and due to non subsidy cylinder money load face poor family of our country.every costumer provide individually subsidy donating willingness form then which people agree for donating subsidy for "Swacha Bharat Abhiyan" take such people's subsidy other wise transfer subsidy needful people.

Dear PM sir i must say that this platform is a connectivity to you and gov only if suggestions had read..othervise people will lost their mentality for awareness as a false idea.....but now i am gibing my suggestion that is its not sufficient to aware people on social media buy also gov should built some yoga centre or something where we can go and do yoga without any hesitation as a safty measure ...so.ething like garden ...should be open in villages i am from himachal sirmour distt 173029
