we know that India has background of yoga as well as our sanskruti, our grand parents gives such sanskar which will help in maintain fit ness. So follow our sanskruti, do every day Yoga. For getting good fitness we need to do some time table for each kriya gives disha to our level of stamina. which will help you to increase fitness. As I said I am runner, I am every day run around 5 kms minimum which will increase my mind sharpness as well as maintain the peace in my mind when I was on work.

जिस प्रकार जिम्नेजियम हैं, जु़म्बा क्लासैस हैं, डांस इंस्टिट्यूट हैं उसी प्रकार योग के सर्टिफाइड गुरु जो गुरुकुलों से उत्तीरण हो कर निकलें। ऐसे योगाश्रम स्थापित कर उनको प्रोत्साहन देना चाहिए 🙏

I drink hlf litre f wtr evry hour 2 maintain my weight. In btwn, I eat whatevr I want 2. So dat's y, I never miss my fav food as I m a big foodie and along wid dat, bcz I drink dis mch water, I dont gain weight also. Whn I wanted 2 reduce my weight at d time of my marriage, I drinked 1 litre water evry hour for arnd 2 mnths and I reduced arnd 10 kgs f weight. Bt whn I reached my rqrd weight, I reduced d intake 2 hlf.

Namaskar. I believe, stress is the main reason for weak immunity. Deep breathing and Pranayama are good mind calming exercises. Listening to calming music and sitting in sunlight and have fresh air from nature, for atleast 30 minutes everyday, is Mantra for good health.

हमें फिटनेस को अपने परिवार, समाज और देश की सफलता का मानक बनाना होगा। ‘मैं फिट तो इंडिया फिट’ और ‘बॉडी फिट तो माइंड फिट’ भी इसके लिए अच्छे सूत्र साबित हो सकते हैं।

Modi chellam!!! Iam doing yoga and chanting Rama Nama by sweeping the house for every 40 minutes ...As a homemaker ,Iam limiting my sitting time .Only for teaching ,Iam sitting .No fried foods but doing prasadam mostly jaggery based .In my house god also maintaing diet .
