 सबसे जरूरी चीज है कि हेल्दी लाइफस्टाइल और खान-पान फॉलो करें। आप चाहे कितना भी बिजी क्यों न हों, ब्रेकफस्ट कभी भी मिस न करें। सुबह उठने के बाद 2 घंटे के अंदर नाश्ता जरूर कर लें। नाश्ता आप हेवी भी ले सकते हैं क्योंकि यह सुबह की पहली मील होती है। सुबह-सुबह कम से कम तीन किलोमीटर पैदल चलिए या दौड़िए! प्रतिदिन व्यायाम और योग क्रियाओं का अभ्यास करें! वसा युक्त भोजन न करें! तेल मसाले और फास्ट-फूड का सेवन से बचें! शाकाहारी और सात्विक भोजन करें! ठंडा पानी न पिएं! सदैव हल्का गर्म पानी का ही सेवन करें!

Proud to have a leader like you sir who encourage every citizen to be fit and healthy. I believe fitness should be two way practice, physical and mental, a sound mind in a sound body is what we can say is a good health. Meditation and yoga are best for every age group . It not only keeps us calm,positive but also reduces the stress level in today's life of workload,mental stress& competition .Together we shall build fit India so that our coming generations follow it as Indian tradition.

માનનીય શ્રી પ્રધાનમંત્રી સાહેબને જય ભારત સાથે જણાવાનુ છે કે અાજની યુવાપેઢી નશીલા પદાર્થો જેવા કે ગાંજા, ચરસ, drugs💉💊 જેવા નશીલા પદાર્થનું સેવન્ કરવા માટે દિવસેને દિવસે આગળ વધી રહી છે.. જો યુવા પેઢી અાવી રીતે આગળ વધતી રહેશે તો ભારત દેશ ટુક સમયમાં જ કમજોર અને નબળો પડી જશે.... મારી આપણે વિનતિ છે કે અાપ સાહેબ જે 📷camera Road, Buildings વગેરે પર લગાવો છો તેમ જ રીતે Camara સરકારી અધિકારીઓ ના Office & Cabinet મા લગાવો.અધિકારીઓ શિસ્તમાં હશે તો યુવાનોને પણ સારા માર્ગ પર અાવતા સમય નહીં લાગે..

A very good day to all of you. Fitness play very important roll in our life.It is also included in our daily routine.I have opted many activities in my life. Some of them are:Cycling is my best fitness way With cycling you will always remain active in life.It also remove many diseases such as Heart problem,knee problem, asthma etc. Second activity is to play Badminton daily.
