Fitness is the key to success, in these tough times it can be possible to be stressed but one should always make some time for self and keep doing the thing they love, this will bring in more compassion within them and frame of mind will be better. Meditation is really good to get within yourselves and to discover your true potential. If we make this a habit we can see stress and depression rate low and one should not shy away from talking about mental heath issues and should not suffer within

Back to basics ..Early to rise .do exercises or yoga and do 20 mins jog/walk.Eat healthy breakfast like milk,egg,nuts, juice, musli,corns,oats etc. Have lite lunch like dal,rice,roti, green vegetables .have fruits or biscuits or if you wish to have some black coffee or green tea. In night have very less dinner.and have atleast 7-8 hours good sleep.

All work places like ULBs, panchayats, other government offices, institutions etc can have an half hour guided yoga practise at office premises before office timings. Office canteens should stop preparing junk foods on daily basis, it can be weekly once. In offices , regular yoga practioners can be rewarded to become a motivation to others

Yogic exercises and Pranayam should be made mandatory in schools if we want to keep our future generations healthy. Teaching and Non- teaching staff should be allowed to participate in it. A permanent post of yoga trainer should be created in all schools.

I'm 46 year old. I walk, run, jog every day fr 7 to 8 km. I don't eat junk, fried food. I walk after every meal. I use stairs instead of lift. I also make it a point that I walk while talking on phone. I do suryanamskaar too.
