Dear sir, As v grow older nd older now a day's stress is occupies lot of people's mind for one reason or another dur to now a day's lifestyles, workstyles of new generations. And,no one cares for no one is today's situation at present condition on earth... from offices to any other place's it's getting rubbish to get our work doned in times... which brings in health issues....mentally being healthy is as much as important as being physically healthy. Gov't should suport ppl 2b healthy

Hello sir I am Dr. Amrita Shah. I am a psychiatrist by profession. I practice in Gujarat. Fit india campaign should focus on physical and mental health both. As far as physical fitness is concerned I feel kids should be encouraged from a very age to participate in sports activities. It helps in all round development of a child. Also about sound mental health .. A positive attitude towards mental health issues and awareness about those issues needs to be inculcated.

Hon’ble PM Sir, As you rightly said, we must accept Crisis as an opportunity. During this pandemic & subsequent lockdowns my traveling suddenly came to halt. I used this opportunity to enhance my fitness for two reasons: 1. To develop immunity & 2. To come back to shape . My fitness Mantra is ‘Run a Mile’ ! March 2020 onwards..7 days a week.. Cycling. In my point of view, Cycling is best exercises one can do in their daily routine. I mostly use cycle for commute and to some places where I don't need to carry heavy luggage. Till date I traveled 12500+ kms on cycle.

Namaste, Excellent concept. As always says that Health is Wealth. One suggestion to make it most successful, it has to implement from Primary School level, when I was studying there was a class only once a week. But it has to make compulsory for all the days, which makes habit & one can do follow the whole life. Every school can define the activities same as per their convenience.

Dear sir, To make kids more awareness about this fitness on body each schools r giving classes for yoga nd having lots of activities in urban areas. where as the rural student's should be given more care that too who goes to government schools.. Every taluk should be built with stadiums which should be provided with good playground, instructors, facilities for indoor nd out door games. kid's should be educated how it's useful vn v get old if v maintain healthy from younger time's.
