Physical fitness is very important for our young Indian generation... A big part of youngsters is lazy in influence of social media and adult meme pages... This types meme play a big part to to trigger our mind to go for watch adult content or visit pornsites.... I also faced it This is not fare... Our government have to do something that they take care of their fitness the are future of our India... We should daily do yoga, meditation,suryanamaskar and make our body fit and active

We need to update education syllabus including mendentory yogasan and shree Bhagavad Gita with Dhyaan yoga studies. Noes: Shreemad Bhagavad Gita prepare mind strong with creative abilities to assure to fight any deficit situation and to respect all religions human, animal. Shreemad Bhagavad Gita teach great human ethics. Yogasan: yogasan make strong and healthy body. Dhyaan : make controls all emotions and tach ethics behaves to all organisum, also teach to great spirit of life.

स्वस्थ शरीर और स्वस्थ मस्तिष्क मानव के विकास में अहम योगदान देते हैं। लोगों को इसके बारे में जागरूक करने के लिए ग्रामीण स्तर पर जनजागरूकता अभियान की शुरूआत करनी चाहिए जिसमें उन्हें पोषण युक्त भोजन एवं शारीरिक व्यायाम आदि की जानकारी दी जाए। छोटे स्तर पर व्यायाम पार्क का निर्माण एक अहम कदम साबित हो सकता है।

Health education subject should be introduced in which physical activities and importance of nutrients should be add it will be for both parent and students because at the end what food we get at home it affect on our dirt so child and parents both should be educated
