Free training and free space to be provided by the government, if these all provided also there is an bribe inbetween the government service and public. Till the corruption and irresponsibility dies the for India will be in question mark First step is to kill corruption and irresponsibility then we can reach all the stages in improving our nation, because they are staying inbetween all over our the country. So take necessary action as soon as possible

we can see that nowdays people became sick so often and many bldied also.there may be cause of some chronic disease or food poisoning. if we see our previous generation we see that the reason of food poisoning was not there and due to which very less no. of people die due to this reasons. Nowdays many disease are also there because of quality of food and due to this our immune system are also not that much strong to fight with many of the disease so I will request to take some action

Physical fitness and mental well-being goes hand in hand. It is important to focus on both to live a healthy life. I would also add spiritual fitness, but not everyone cares enough to think about it (Though they should). I won't say that a specific time or duration or activity is the optimum approach. You need to find your own optimum. For someone it could be half an hour of yoga early morning, for others it can be cycling in the evening. Try out. And find your path to well-being.

Honourable PM Sir, I would like to recommend that a 15 minute Yoga and 20 min full body workout plan ( No gym equipment) to be implemented in a school itself for indulge students to be fit. A new generation will adapt it and will follow it. We can also provide the healthy eating advantages and junk food disadvantages to them. So they can understand and change their habit according.

Each and every citizen must do regular Yoga and Exercise to maintain there individual fitness. So there must be much awareness to be made to each and everyone for making there own body and mind to be fit. Awareness should be spread and to be reached to last end of the citizen.

like games, yoga and meditation these helps in building our body, keeping our mind fresh and in many ways so I would like to tell that in upcoming times in each and every school these things must be done each and every day. in many schools it is done. as kro t will help the students with better start and with refresh mind . in some or the other way it will also help the students to stay healthy and fit
