physical fitness is no doubt important but in time of covid19 pandamic it's utmost necessary to take care of our Mental fitness as well as of our near and dear ones.

I think Fit your body to againt you try yoga vyayam and exercise to daily 1 ya half hours and to natural food try not eating to pizza burger maggie othervice thish is made by ( Mando ) . so that's a harmful for our bodies . and night to well 10 to 11 pm sleep 🙂 routine to routine countinues run to body is fit nothing to unfit 🙃

Sir hame India ko fit banane ke liya school me campin Kar wanna chiya jisme phela bache ka wait karwaya jayega aur bache over wait hoga to use ham 30/40days ka time diengy aur agar wo bache apna wait kam kar le to ushe exiting price diya jayeng jis se bache gift ki lalach me apana wait kam kareng aur India fit rahega

Fitness of the body is the process of healthy life. At present fitness come from JIM or other outside practice. If we went to our VEDIC SYSTEM of lively hood where fitness of body comes through regular lifestyle.We started our daily life from dawn i.e.from 4.00 AM.after completion of natural work, we started by surjya pranam and end with SUSTANGE PRANAM. which helps to fit throughout the body. Then every body is engaged for daily routine work.All these works are needs physical labor.
