Honorable PM Modi ji, I am from Haryana, just I want to say that the maintenance of Health and fitness helps a person to stay healthy. From the my point of view I think regular exercise, yoga, balanced diet and positivity are most important to be healthy. We have to play to be physically and mentally healthy 🧘🚴⛹️🧘🏃🏃🏼‍♀️

There is urgent need to establish impetus and showcase better mechanisms and system can help in reduce the burdens on cities sanitation system make recycling and treatment more robust and reliable, and document the learnings from the Covid-19 crises and formulates the stratidies to help make waste management safer in case of such Pandemic situations. This will help in improving the fitness level of every citizen of my country.

Dear sir My name is Raj I am from Punjab, To remain fit and healthy I do vipassana meditation everyday, as you know if you are mentally healthy only then you can remain healthy at physical level. Good morning our honourable prime minister , My suggestion is to do exercise,yoga, cardio, Zumba, aerobics which will keep you fit and healthy and put mask and last but not the least I would like to say that do walking which is good for health
