Proper Diet is necessary and for proper diet proper vegetables and fruits is necessary, today most of the vegetables and fruits are in market with the help of Chemicals and Fertilizers which has a direct impact on human body. Doing Exercise and Yoga is good. Try to minimize as much as possible to rely on machines which reduces human efforts. Pray to God for healthy life. Keep positive environment.

Health is wealth... Walking is a good exercise. Do Yoga everyday. Yoga is as old as ancient India. Happy mood and positive attitude makes us Healthy. meditation makes us more peaceful , more focused and less worried about discomfort. Seva Sadan Society's girls' high school , Mumbai celebrated International Yoga day with Teachers and Students for awareness about health and fitness. Fit India, Healthy India , Happy India....

स्कूलों में स्पोर्टस के लिए रोज एक पीरियड कंपलसरी (compalsry) के देना चाहिए हमारे स्कूल में सिर्फ Saturday ke din hi PT होती थी । और बाकी games to कभी हमने स्कूल में खेली ही नहीं

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी को सादर नमस्कार विद्वान लोगों का कहना है कि स्वयं शरीर में ही स्वस्थ मस्तिष्क निवास करता है इसलिए हम सभी को अपने फिटनेस का ध्यान रखना चाहिए माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मैं अपनी फिटनेस को ध्यान में रखते हुए सुबह आधा घण्टे योगा अवश्य करता हूँ | मैंने अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर आपको योग करते हुए देखा तो मुझे इससे बहुत अधिक प्रेरणा माली वैसे भी मैं आपको देखता रहता हूँ तो मेरे अनदर भी अपनी फिटनेस को लेकर एक नयी उमंग पैदा होती है और मैं प्रतिदिन योग करता हूँ| धन्यवाद
