first of all , do the meditation in the morning every day .it makes your day easy and comfortable and you also feel free and fresh. And secondly, do some yoga for body fitness, it makes your body energetic. when we do this , then definitely we make 'FIT INDIA'.😊

कहा जाता है कि पानी को खाना चाहिए और खाने को पीना चाहिए। ऐसा इसलिए कहा जाता है क्योंकि कुछ लोग पूरा पानी का गिलास एक सांस में पी जाते हैं। जबकि पानी इतना धीरे-धीरे पीना चाहिए कि जैसे उसको चबाया जा रहा हो। उसी तरह भोजन को तब तक चबा कर खाना चाहिए कि जब वह बिल्कुल पानी जैसा पतला हो जाए। इससे पाचनतंत्र संबंधित सभी समस्याओं का समाधान होता है। आदमी बिल्कुल तंदुरुस्त और फिट महसूस करेगा।

jaisa bhojan vaisa man aur taisa achaar aur vichar. pehle ke samay mey jo bhojan karte and aur uske saath utna kam bhi karte the. lekin sab kaam tablework hai. no movement nothing. toh pehle apne bhojan mey changes lane padenge. aaj ke youngster salad include nahi karte. satvik bhojan per bharosa nahi karte. aaj kal ke chizo mey bhar bhar ke sugar dala jata hai. kaam vaha se start karna padega. jo bhi food industry unpe restrictions lagana padega ki itna range mey sugar use karna. salad frm sch
