Sir,
Physical fitness, mental fitness and nutrition or maybe healthy living is very important. But u want you to convey this to the world that overthinking about these things Can make them worried as well as stressed.
Now a days people are so into healthy living that they forget to live. They try to start to there own routien eation quinoa or some food like this.
Rather than we Indians have always included dal chawal sabzi salad in our menu which is a very old and basic food of our culture.
