New Cooperative policy should address issues arising out of dual
controls on cooperative societies operating in different sectors of
economic activities.
Highlights C P We are in the era of “start ups,” “Aggregators” & Technology of
“Big Data” & “Block Chain”
* India has immense scope and potential for well qualified, tech-savvy
innovative youth with ideas to take the lead and incubate start ups
in a large areas of economic activities like agriculture, horticulture,
food processing, distribution, rural and urban housing,
transportation & logistics etc. and promote cooperatives, which by
definition are aggregators, with membership of local beneficiary
population particularly the youth.
* A drawback of sorts, in Indian cooperative movement, has been observed by
International bodies, in terms of availability of authentic statistical data,
particularly for primary cooperatives at grass roots level in different sectors.
Thanks To All.
Jai Hind.

1) Push cooperative to hold 20% of food retail market. 2)!Enable the development of cross border cooperatives with membership. 3) Have value creation propositions linked to social, societal & humanist value. 4) Target 1 of 4 consumers in India obtain their electricity supply from a cooperative. 5) Allow cooperatives to be lenders. 6) Cooperative marketing & cooperative farming should make maximum use of local resources. 7) Those states that have lagged behind should be supported to expand their network & performance. 8) Have Single SOPs for cooperative. 9) Develop teaching institutes that provide cooperative management to maintain competitiveness. 10) Increase cooperation between worker cooperatives & other cooperative. 11) Promote networking of cooperatives. 12) Facilitate operational integration between cooperatives. 13) Integrate rural & inner city communities. 14) Build Alliances. 15) Support regional conference via financial donation & voluntary work. 16) Committed to quality.

continuous rule of congress for over 65 years has made co-operative sector as it's Family affairs. violated all rules and regulations, throughout amended rules and regulations to suits their party cadres to show favouritism and misused powers and looted public money. example co-op Banks scandals where thousands of crores àre misused public money. yet trying to escape legal actions. public are great sufferers. My suggestion is co-operative Banks should not be controlled by any state govts. full administrative controls and governance should be directly under RBI. co-op Banks should be on par like Nationalised banks levels. co-op Banks should not be included in other co-op sectors activities. stringent actions should be taken against the management of co-op Banks, we depositors of Guru Raghavendra Co-op Bank, Bengaluru suffering terribly, our hard earned Life savings stuck up. fraudsters are under protection from powerful politicians and from beurocrats. investigation agencies poçketed.

सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सीधे जरूरतमंद को मिले इसके लिए भ्रष्ट आचरण वाले लोगों की पहचान कर उन्हें उस योजना से बाहर किया जाय.
