The idea given by NAMO Sir shall be made applicable asap that to divide FCI into three divisions- Procurememt, Storage (maintenance) and Distribution. Benifit of this division would be that 'Back End Operations' could be distinguised with the 'Supply Chain' and the commercial aspects. In this, givernment shall keep the 'procurement' with itself, the 'storage' shall be done on Private Public Partnership (PPP) model, and the 'distribution' shall be allocated on Franchise System. Thank you.

Following are the suggestions on Restructuring of FCI: 1. Check corruption issues and make it clean, 2. Use PPP model as early as possible, 3. Recruitment of skilled youth, 4. Undertake mission mode projects like 'Economic Analysis' & 'Community Analysis', 5.Presentations about the organization via print & electronic media etc.

Sir one more thing, government should ristict small mandi's because sir no one chack quality there and farmers poot huge dust on these food bags to increase waits of his crops.
Only districts level mandi's allow to buy crops because there market community working and proper checking of food qualities made.
So sir ristict your purchases in district level and this will also reduce government transportation cost because railway lines near to all cities so please follow my suggestions

Sir according to me, we first joint all agencies which working in same areas together. After that create 4 departments:
Warehousing
Finance
Transportation
Purchasing.
Then strain thing warehouse department with PPP modal near to railway line so that transportation cost will reduce and jame problem in cities due to uploading and downloading will reduce. Small private parties facing land problem government provide railways land to these small parties & thay will develop warehouses on there funds

1.For every five village there should be one big cold storage cum processing unitto keep the perishable items like fruits, vegetables.
2. Storage cum processing factories should be established in such a fashion that once the produce is ready it has to go straight for processing .
3. Govt should fix a minimum support price for each produce in such a fashion that the farmer should get a minimum 40 % profit for his produce ie the investment amount + 40% .
From field to supermarket is the aim

As our PM said, FCI should be divided into three part (1.Storage 2. Transport 3. Distribution)
According to my analysis we should strategically locate our storage and distribution center.
Storage:- Storage of the good should be made nearer to the farm or area where the those crop should grow.
Distribution:- There should be centralized distribution center. The ideal location for the distribution center is Nagpur (Center of India).
It should store Rice from south and Wheat from North.
