The Govt. of India has set-up a High Level Committee (HLC) of experienced persons and experts under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Shri Shanta Kumar, to recommend restructuring of Food Corporation of India (FCI) with a view to improving its operational efficiencies and financial management.

The constitution of the High Level Committee by the Government of India and its terms of reference are placed in the public domain at FCI website: www.fciweb.nic.in

General Public and stake-holders including professionals, academicians, scientists, NGOs/institutions, self-help groups, co-operatives, farmer bodies/associations, rice/ flour millers, handling & transport contractors, government bodies etc. in the field of food management, agriculture, storage, warehousing, supply chain and logistics etc. are hereby solicited to send their suggestions on restructuring of the Food Corporation of India.

Suggestions are also invited to reorient the role of FCI in Minimum Support Price operations, storage and distribution of foodgrains and food security systems of the country.

Views may also be given with regard to integration of supply chain of foodgrains in the country, suggesting most efficient model for storage and least cost option of moving grains alongwith tracking of carriage. Views on
models of scientific storage and upgradation of technology in management of foodgrains are also welcome.

har company ke product ke apne naptol hai. ek standard paimana hona chahiye. 100gm, 200gm, 500gm, 1kg is tarah ka ek fix mapdand hona chahiye. aur jo comniya scheme chalati hai 2 pe 1 free, 100gm pe 50gm free, ye system bhi band hona chahiye. jisse consumer ko pareshni kam hogi. aur dusri sabse badi baat har company product ki qwality per dhyan degi. jisse consumer ko product ki sahi price, sahi qwality aur sahi toul milegi. kal pm ka 3000 udyogpatiyo se meeting hai, ye msg waha jarur pahunche.

Very important topic:- companya jo product banati hai, uska naaptol ek standard paimane me hona chahiye, jaise sabun,sarf namkeen,medicine,shampoo,cosmetic,mirch masale etc.har company ke product ke naaptol ke alag alag mapdand hai. jaise ditergent powder kisi ka 1kg ka ,kisi ka 400gm ka, kisi ka 250gm ka , kisi ka 200gm ka pack hai. soap kisi ka 70gm ,kisi ka 80gm , kisi ka 65 gm, kisi ka 100gm. cooking oil koi 15kg hai, koi 15litre hai , koi 5kg hai , koi 5litre. is tarah se market me

We have reservations in various section in our society, I absolutely respect those. But we must also think about a system to remove these and make those sections stronger. For e.g: If Section A has 30% reservation currently, each year we can target to reduce the reservation by 1%. By this atleast after some years down the line we would have all at equal level.

Dear Sir, I want to give an idea to generate electricity with the help of moving trainns. The idea is, If we put windmails on the roof of trains,these windmail will produce a sufficient amount of electricty which can be useful for operating fans,ACs,lights in the trains

For making India world power, education is the key. To make our education system stronger, we must upgrade the standards of our government municipality schools. For achieving this we can ask the people from different industries to teach in such government schools. Some people do this voluntarily, but if we associate a tax exemption or some find of benefit to this it would attract more people to contribute and teach in government schools. This would in turn raise the standards of these schools.

FCI to be reconstructed with latest gadgets to monitor stock and demand.It should be the storehouse to meet food demand.There should also be sufficient local provision for storing and preserving the grains to give the best price for farmer.

Food security bill has been a major concern in the Parliament. Fci is one of the important PSU's under the central govt. hence the traditional baudom and red tapism should be cut down upon. Fci should rather come up with new innovative technologies in the food sector. Employment opportunities and the traditional functionning should be ameliorated and enhanced. The storage is one such facility which needs focus upon and the remuneration of the farmers the other factor. Lot of new discoveries .
