first of all mantra given by modiji about the categorisation of fci is required.(a)procurement (b)revenue and(c)distribution. these three department can really exploit the resources as well excute the function of it.At present situation so precarious that having a handsome amount of expenditure on it giving no result people even do not realise the effort of gov giving subsidy on it.immidiate action is required to be taken.

GOVT. HAS TO BAN IMPORTS OF ALL FINISHED GOODS FROM ALL COUNTRIES, WE SHOULD ONLY IMPORT URGENT & ESSENTIAL RAW MATERIAL, REST EVERYTHING SHOULD BE MADE IN INDIA. EG. I WILL GIVE EVEN A SMALL SMART PHONE WHICH HAS A BIG MARKET OF 70 CRORES WOULD BE USERS IS NOT MANUFACTURED IN INDIA. GOVT. HAS TO TAKE 500% INITIATIVE TO KICK START MANUFACTURING IN INDIA.

WE SHOULD FIRST PUT MONEY ON CLEANING & INTERLINKING TOP50 RIVERS IN INDIA, THIS WOULD HELP IN IRRIGATION AND OUR AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION WOULD DOUBLE IF NOT TRIPPLE, THIS WOULD END PROBLEM OF DRINKING WATER, FLOODS, DROUGHT PERMANENTLY. THIS WOULD BE THE BIGGEST GAMECHANGER FOR US IN NEXT 20 YEARS IF DONE TODAY.

CLEANING OF GANGA PROJECT, CLEANING AND RENOVATION OF VARANASI HAS NOT STARTED EVEN 120 DAYS , NO LAWS FOR CLEANINESS IN PUBLIC PLACE ARE THERE, GOVT HAS TO DO WORK OF 65 YEARS IN 5 YEARS, THEY NEED TO PICK UP THE PACE , WE CANNOT WAIT FOR JAPANESE/CHINESE /FORIGNERS TO COME AND DO WORK FOR US , ANY WAY AID PROMISED BY THESE COUNTRIES ARE PEANUTS. JAPANESE 2.1 LAC CRORES IN 5 YEARS MEANS 40 K CRORES IN 1 YEAR. THIS IS PEANUT AND 2.1 LAC CRORES IS JUST 3% OF JAPANESE FDI INVESTMENT IN THE WORLD

5. Adopt scientific methods in procurement, transport, storage and distribution. 6. Introduce tracking system (bar coding) for each and every gunnybag right from procurement till distribution. This is certainly needed to know the fate of food grains procured from the farmers. 7 Reduce wastage during transportation, storage & distribution. 8 Clear the stocks once found unfit for human consumption. 9 Make accountability of officers involved in avoidable/preventable wastage. 10 Ensure transparency
