Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

1. It should be hospital's duty to register a birth the day a baby is born and government's duty to issue aadar card and birth certificate. No separate application for getting aadar card or birth certificate. 2. For joining school it should be mandatory to submit aadar card. Birth certificate should be available online for the school to download. No sc st benefits should be given without aadar card. Also sc st benefits should be given only for 1st or 2nd child of the family.

As we already know that this govement is trying to reduce corruption. But as a matter of explicit fact this should be handled in the basic levels only. Then only its roots can be torned apart and the plan will be successfull. I have an Idea to monitor this basic level corruptions. Govement can introduce a secret service. Where only one person from each of the panchayata or sub division can be deployed. That person should monitor each level of activities secretely and report to Govt concernonly

महोदय जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण केंद्र का सीधा संपर्क आधार कार्ड बनाने वाली संस्था के साथ होना चाहिए आवश्यक जानकारी आधार कार्ड जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण केंद्र से ही ली जानी चाहिए यदि किसी व्यक्ति का वहां रिकॉर्ड नहीं है तो उनका आधार कार्ड नहीं बनना चाहिए जन्म लेने वाले बच्चे का आधार कार्ड 6 महीने के अंदर बन जाना चाहिए जिससे जन्म तिथि में होने वाले हेर फेर को भी रोका जा सकता है तथा मृत्यु के बाद लिए जाने वाले लाभ को रोका जा सकता है राशन कार्ड आधार केंद्र की जानकारी पर बनना चाहिए

प्रज्ञा केंद्र को ये कार्य दिया जाये, ताकि लोग आये और आसानी से जन्म एवम् मृतियु का पंजीकरण कर सके। ओनली (online) की सुविधा प्रदान करे समय समय पर कैंप लगाया जाए हर एक थाना को ये जिमदारी दी जाये की वो अपने एरिया के लोगो कि जन्म एवम् मतुयु का पंजीकरण कराये सहरी इलाके मै ये कार्य वर्ड ward Parshad को सपा jaye

YOU CAN REGISTER DEATH OR BIRTH AT ANY GRAM PANCHAYAT WITH DOCUMENTS FRO M HOSPITAL REGISTER IN NEAR BY AREA WITH MBBS / BAMS DOCTOR, IF NOT AVAILABLE WITH MOTHER & FATHER WITNESS, FINGER FRINTS OR ADHAR CARD NUMBER FOR BIRTH FOR DEATH IF NO HOSPITAL/DISPENSARY/MBBS/BAMS DOCTOR AVAILABLE THEN TWO NEARER RELATIVES WITH FINGER PRINTS / ADHARCARD SUBMISSION PLUS TWO NEARER RESIDENT MEMBER MORE THAN 21 YEARS OLD.

आरोग्यं सेतु कि तरंह सरकार को ।family history बना नी चाहिए। परिवार में कितने लोग हैं सबका birth details Death details last 5 years back कोई नशा है क्या कोई बीमारी नहीं है क्या कोई Insurance है क्या ?? पूरी India से एक जगह् control हो जैसा आपने आरोग्यं सेतु कि तरंह कर दिखाया है कि दूसरी dose ली थी या नही उसकी पुरी details का record बन गया आगे जो भी सरकार आएगी जाएगी सबके काम आएगा,, insurance claim ओर family details बन जाएगा,,,,ये एक बार बहुत ज्यादा जरुरी है

As per my opinion, an online form should be filled by the hospital where the child is born. Along with some imp credentials and attaching/ interlinking the pare to aadhar, the details must be added. Automatically, the birth certificate shall reach the residential address of the parents. The birth certificate should not take more than 15 days to reach the parents.

नमस्कार अब तो ऑनलाइन सब कुछ होने लगा है जन्म और मृत्यु प्रमाणपत्र पर लोग निगम कार्यालय के चक्कर लगाते थे अब सब उंगलियों पर ही होने लगा है और ये नितांत आवश्यक जिससे भविष्य किसी भी प्रकार का छल कपट नहीं होगा और देश का सर्वांगीण विकास होने में मददगार साबित होगा।

Respected PM, While Azadi Amrit Mahotsav is on , I submit that old Parliament should be converted as “National Memorial” by shifting Memorials of Nehru, Mahatma Gandhi, Indira , LB Shastri ji etc. At presents these Smruti are created at bungalows of luteyans. This will ensure that glimpses of Independence’s and life events of PM/ President are given AV story in professional manner at one location with easy access to visitors, tourist. Teen Murti Bhawan can be used as VP House.
