Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

2. Death certificate could be linked to already provided identities to streamline and validate pension intricacies for widows and timeline for getting pension facilities could be reduced by presenting authentication to relevant departments on real time basis.

1. Single mother or father should have prompt activation on application submitted either for aadhar or school admission if change in name is required. Digital certication like vaccine certificate could be part of valid authentication.

Hon PM of India, The GoI must suitably makes some mandatory provision in the proposed Act for preservation of Umbilical Cord immediately at the event of each and every child birth and the should be GoI property. The GoI may authorize National Medical Institutes of our country as it's operative custodians.The Cord may utilise for stem cell therapy based on centralized requirement registry which has monitor by committee formed by National Medical Institutes

birth certificate also give color marks for army child , to increase patriotism and black mark for anti nationals parent child to prevent such child becoming anti nationals ,such move to demoralize those who enjoy every benefit of country & act against same nation & people to gain power.

inter link other related department based on security parameters(national authority of experts need to be framed to review data permission to prevent wrong use), our birth certificate must also have birth astrology chart , unique child born with unique quality only astro stars can show ways which can help parent so also nation can produce best quality human.

Respected PM Ji,Please you can bring a facility for Senior citizens/Disabled & also people who wish to sell their private properties can be purchased by Government in Sub Registration office. By this a Property holder can easily sell their property on online to Government & Same property can be purchased by a buyer from Government online.
