My suggestion after Registration of Birth/Death it may be communicated to concerned parties to E.mail/Mobile,like Co-win Vaccination certificate in "Digitally" and necessary amendments may be made to, get a copy of Birth/Death by paying necessary charges for it in digitally. it saves time and money of peoples. This method prevents from all frauds and cheating.

Please consider Aadhar number updation in the birth certificate at a later date. Also kindly consider compulsory use of Aadhar number in the death certificate which will rule out requirement of life certificate and will facilitate deletion of beneficiaries.

Thanks for considering the views of common people. Read the amendments and was happy to see new insertion of section 33of Appeal. Also (3A), (4A) about central database Register, sub section 10 of time limit etc.,section 23 about penalties are very good.
