Having proper data of birth rate helps government to make policy and benefit people. It also reduce fake certification of birth date of children. Digital copy of birth certificate make it available easily for people.
Great step for the future.

the thought came 2 mind,
4accurate valid data of birth &death
in case of illigal migration
it happens in r country
so-if u see the cast certificate records need forefathers documents egवंशावळ, 7/12,तलाठी/तालुका, by village panchayat
&aadhar card r recent documents even scan human body but can't show ancestry
so -this card link with ancestry documents in india it may have
&in case of illigal migration they just have aadhar card by politician
so ancestors birth place at least by 70yr cn
