For all berths and death registration, Aadhaar be made compulsory. Every new born child must be given an Aadhar number. On the death of a person Aadhaar number to be recorded so that same can be blocked in the Aaadhaar data base to prevent its misuse in future.

Ayushman Bharat scheme be made available for all Indian citizens on PAID BASIS. Scheme may be floated by Insurance companies, and card issued. But premium to be reasonable. Present schemes by insurance companies are prohibitively expensive for senior citizens and its available only for hospitalization not for doctor's consultation. We are willing to pay for it. But can not pay if the insurance companies charges Rupees sixty thousand or Rupees One Lakh per year.
