Registration of Births and Deaths in India is mandatory with the enactment of Registration of Births and Deaths (RBD), Act 1969 and is done as per the place of occurrence of the event. With a view to simplify the provisions of various sections of the existing RBD Act, 1969 and to make it people friendly, the Government of India has proposed to amend the RBD Act, 1969.

Existing sections of the Act and amendments proposed by the Office of the Registrar General, India (ORGI) are indicated in the first two columns of the proposal respectively.
Ministry of Home Affairs seeks feedback and suggestions along with the justification for the proposed amendments.

आधार कार्ड जाती परमान पत्र मूल निवास पहचान पत्र इस सबमे खुद से करेक्शन कर सके हर एक वो इंसान जिस के पास ये सब है कोई भी कमी होने पर जान सेवा का कोई चक्कर नही होना चाहिए या कोई और

Respected sir I am a homoeopathic student. In pandemic I saw that homoeopathy had done very excellent work, homoeopaths treat many patients and save their lives. But sir homoeopathy does not get proper privilege . There no difference between the time duration with other pathies and exam pattern then why there is difference of getting govt job opportunities, stipend etc. Hence sir I want your special attention towards homoeopathy. Thankyou sir

जन्मप्रमाण पत्र में ये सुविधा सरल होनी चाहिए की 16 वर्ष के आयु अंतराल में नाम डिजिटल माध्यम द्वारा स्वयं सरलता से बदल सके ।

Those who are illegally staying in India without any documents please send them back specially Muslim from Pakistan and Bangladesh. they are great threat to India in future. first send them back and then amend birth and death registration act

Sir, 1969 ki act anujai desh pe abhi jitne senior Citizens jitne hai sabke pass birth certificate nehi hogi,keuke us time pe females ki birth certificate nehi banaya jati thi, us time registration kaar ke shadi bhi nahi diye jaati thi, un saabhi ke paas abhi jo prove hai wo hai votter card.saab ki voter card ko Adhar se link jarrur karna hoga, Adhar Card must. Jai Hind 🙏🙏🙏🙏

जन्म तथा मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र को अनिवार्य करना चाहिए तथा उसे आधार कार्ड से जोड़ना चाहिए

जन्म और मृत्यू प्रमाणपत्र बहुत जरुरी है लेकिन आज भी बहुत लोग नही बनाते है प्रमाणपत्र के लिए लोगो को जागरुक करने कि जरुरत है साथ ही इसकी प्रक्रिया आसान करने कि जरुरत है जैसे किसी को प्राथमिक चिकित्सा केन्द्र से रेफर किया जाता है तो वह बड़े शहर मे दिखाने जाता है अब उस शहर मे जन्म या मृत्यु होने पर वह वापस घर तो आ जाता है लेकिन दुबारा प्रमाणपत्र बनवाने नही जाता है क्योकी उस अनजान शहर मे न तो कोई गवाह मिलेगा और न दौड़ लगाने वाले हर लोग सामर्थय थोड़े है इस प्रक्रिया को आसान करने कि जरुरत है जनहित मे
