Registration of birth should be made compulsory. Consent should be taken from every parents when they arrive to hospital for delivery of child. PAN and Aadhar number should be allotted along with birth certificate which they should update later on.. This makes the complete identity of an individual. Birth certificate should contain photos of both parents. Death certificate should contain birth certificate reference No/ID.

SIR, GA, AS POPULATION INCREASE IN INDIA WE MUST INCLUDE MOTHERS NAME IN BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH PASS PORT SIZE PHOTO THOSE WHO HAVE IT MUST BE NOT APPLICABLE TO ALONE CHILD WITH AADHAR CARD OR PAN CARD OR ANY ID CARD TO BE MENTIONED ON CHILD CERTIFICATE IN INDIA ONLY FATHERS NAMES ARE MENTIONED WE HAVE TO INCLUDE MOTHERS NAME ALSO SO THAT DUPLICATION IS NOT HAPPEN. CAN WE CREATE TEMPORARY BIRTH ID NUMBER FOR CHILD WITH THE HELP OF ID CARDS IN FUTURE HE CAN MAKE ADDAHAR CARD WITH TEMPORARY ID.
