This step is necessary because under-counting during covid crisis has dismantled the strategies for emergency response. When central government is extending optical fibre to every gram panchayat, so this offices needs to be connected with that so online, fast, transparent and efficient system of reporting can be put in place.

Registration of birth is very much important for each and every citizen of the country because you become the member of that country and registration of death is also more important as you separate yourself from the nature. Becoming a member and quitting from nature must be noted , If so then we are capable of receiving the needs that government provide us and when you receive those needs 'You are called CITIZEN' We register our death to enable settlement of property inheritance ...

The proposed amendment is a welcoming step. My only suggestions are that the government should introduce a kiosk facility at every funeral and in the graveyard to comply with the primary formalities from the heirs of the deceased, before issuance of the death certificate and similarly, the same facility at every major hospitals and clinic where babies are taking birth across the country.
