Lack of livelihood opportunities for tribal people is one of the chief causes of their backward status as compared with the other social groups. This issue is aggravated by the high rate of displacements faced by tribal people due to various industrial projects etc., which also causes loss of livelihood for them among other things. This Ministry has been taking various steps for facilitating sustainable livelihood for tribal populations in different sectors. Stress has been given on vocational education and formal technical education for tribal youth. States are being encouraged to take upskill development initiatives for tribal youth with at least 50% of such activities to be oriented for women.

Through MyGov, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs seeks suggestions/information from all sections of the society regarding various livelihood possibilities for tribal people, availability of skilled/unskilled manpower still unemployed, various traditional skills available with the tribal population, new trends and interests among tribal youth, corresponding skilling needs and possibilities etc.

पी टी पी एस पतरातू में पावर प्लांट है. लेकिन यहाँ अभियंताओं की साजिश के कारण करोड़ों का घोटाला किया जा रहा है. NTPC के आने से उनकी करोड़ों की आमदनी बंद हो जाएगी इसीलिए साजिश किया जा रहा है की झारखण्ड सरकार के पास रहे और उसे लूटते रहें. झारखण्ड सरकार ने एक ठोस कदम उठा रही है पावर generation के लिए यहाँ कार्यरत अभियंताओं ने साजिश रच कर स्थानीय नेताओं को लालच देकर इसका विरोध करवा रही है. लोगों को कहा जा रहा है की NTPC के आने से सभी लोगों को बेघर किया जायेगा. कुछ कीजिये ऐसे अभियंताओं के खिलाफ.

नमस्कार ! मी एक लघु उद्योजक असून मला ग्रामीण भागात घरा घरा मध्ये उद्योग सुरु करायचा आहे ..त्यांना स्वयं रोजगाराच्या संधी उपलब्ध करून द्यायची आहे ! पण सध्या स्तिती अशी आहे कि कोणतीही योजना हि सफल नाही त्या कामासाठी ..कुठे तरी पाणी मुरतंय त्याचं ...! अशा वेळी योजनेची मतद न घेता एखाद्या आर्थिक स्थित्या स्थिर असलेल्या कंपनी ची मदत घ्यावीशी वाटतेय .माझा मते सरकार असफल आहे त्या कामासाठी. कारण हेच कि योजना आहे पण पोहोचणे पण तेवढेच गरजेचे आणि हक्काचे आहे ! मला ह्या कामासाठी कुणी योग्य सल्ला देऊ शकेल का?

Development of sustainable livelihoods and self- employment for tribal families should be focused. 1. Traditionally they depend on forest for their livelihood.The destruction of forest had a bad impact on them. Afforestation should be encouraged. 2.Wage Labour forms an important component of livelihood for them. It consist of both farm and non-farm activity. Connecting them with rest of the country by means of providing education , ready market for their products at good prices, due implementation of various government employment schemes, setting up small sacle industries there as the areas are rich with natural resources

First we bring them in main stream by education & give the opportunity for wealth empempowerment according to there streanth.they are very rich in some field so we can utilize their knowledge. They sre very near to the nature.we can established one centre near their area so they can sell their things like.herbs, craft items easly.In that centre one person who develop their skill,one sports person so their children know abt the rules,how to they parcipate in games. There performance will better.

IITs and IIMs must adopt a tribe and innovate technologies for adding value to their crafts and marketing of their products. This would set trend for other technical and management institutes to understand India and rural markets - future of India.

Pleasy try to educate every children and adult of tribal people Try to expose them to basic facilities and try to expose them to world Provide basic knowledge regarding their traditional work and some hand works.provide basic needs to sell their products by helding markets near towns
