पी टी पी एस पतरातू में पावर प्लांट है. लेकिन यहाँ अभियंताओं की साजिश के कारण करोड़ों का घोटाला किया जा रहा है. NTPC के आने से उनकी करोड़ों की आमदनी बंद हो जाएगी इसीलिए साजिश किया जा रहा है की झारखण्ड सरकार के पास रहे और उसे लूटते रहें. झारखण्ड सरकार ने एक ठोस कदम उठा रही है पावर generation के लिए यहाँ कार्यरत अभियंताओं ने साजिश रच कर स्थानीय नेताओं को लालच देकर इसका विरोध करवा रही है. लोगों को कहा जा रहा है की NTPC के आने से सभी लोगों को बेघर किया जायेगा. कुछ कीजिये ऐसे अभियंताओं के खिलाफ.

नमस्कार ! मी एक लघु उद्योजक असून मला ग्रामीण भागात घरा घरा मध्ये उद्योग सुरु करायचा आहे ..त्यांना स्वयं रोजगाराच्या संधी उपलब्ध करून द्यायची आहे ! पण सध्या स्तिती अशी आहे कि कोणतीही योजना हि सफल नाही त्या कामासाठी ..कुठे तरी पाणी मुरतंय त्याचं ...! अशा वेळी योजनेची मतद न घेता एखाद्या आर्थिक स्थित्या स्थिर असलेल्या कंपनी ची मदत घ्यावीशी वाटतेय .माझा मते सरकार असफल आहे त्या कामासाठी. कारण हेच कि योजना आहे पण पोहोचणे पण तेवढेच गरजेचे आणि हक्काचे आहे ! मला ह्या कामासाठी कुणी योग्य सल्ला देऊ शकेल का?

Development of sustainable livelihoods and self- employment for tribal families should be focused.
1. Traditionally they depend on forest for their livelihood.The destruction of forest had a bad impact on them. Afforestation should be encouraged.

Connecting them with rest of the country by means of providing education , ready market for their products at good prices, due implementation of various government employment schemes, setting up small sacle industries there as the areas are rich with natural resources

First we bring them in main stream by education & give the opportunity for wealth empempowerment according to there streanth.they are very rich in some field so we can utilize their knowledge. They sre very near to the nature.we can established one centre near their area so they can sell their things like.herbs, craft items easly.In that centre one person who develop their skill,one sports person so their children know abt the rules,how to they parcipate in games. There performance will better.

Pleasy try to educate every children and adult of tribal people
Try to expose them to basic facilities and try to expose them to world
Provide basic knowledge regarding their traditional work and some hand works.provide basic needs to sell their products by helding markets near towns
