Try to focus on basic problems which lead to other problem like cleanliness, Traffic congestion. Do not try to solve the problems with a complex solution and follow the KISS(keep it simple).
-quality of water must be good because health of the people relies on quality of water they drink.
-Focus on green parks,play areas.
-Door 2 Door waste management system.

We have all worked hard to make the city beautiful under the campaign "Chitranagri". Kudos to the well managed and beautiful effort. The only thing it lacks in is forwarding the knowledge of effort to the world. there is not enough sharing on social or in fact any media about the campaign. there should be free wifi service all over the city or at least in areas painted beautifully so as to share pictures. And lets face it, A city is not a smart city without good internet connectivity.
