The existing recreational and health facilities in the city are not maintained upto the standards .. Hence the city should devise structures involving citizens, RWAs, and Health enthusiasts who can regularly monitor the quality of the service and report to the authorities

Smart citizens of the smart cities should atleast have the clear communication of the process of segregation and what should go into the landfill network and what can be recycled and reused. A representative manual in the context of the city shall be prepared and shared with the citizens (or stick to the bins)
