Smart citizens of the smart cities should atleast have the clear communication of the process of segregation and what should go into the landfill network and what can be recycled and reused. A representative manual in the context of the city shall be prepared and shared with the citizens (or stick to the bins)

Quality of water in the city is falling over the years. Water quality testing facilities at the household level should be undertaken on a frequent basis (You may ask the SWM staff to collect the samples from each household on a regular basis) and the information shall be disclosed publicly

SWM should be more efficient to D to D collection in all wards and planning of solid waste collection should be based on the pre determined schedule arrived in consultation with the RWS/Citizen. the city should also implement the vehicle tracking system. Internal committee should be formed to review the baseline information on daily waste collected, segregated and disposed in landfill with scientific disposal facility. this committe shall report to commissionner & data disclosed to citizeNS
