sir, first of all my suggestion is regarding building respect for our country and our defence in every single citizen of this country and that can only be build if they are motivated. The NCC is one of the major and the most important organisation which can bring a big motivation and pride for our defence into every student and this is only possible if NCC is made compulsory in every schools right from class 8th to 12th.It should also continue into the colleges.

Sir, development need not necessarily mean modernisation. Living practises of hill / forest dwellers combines a greater union with nature. Hence, it would be wise to assist them to integrate better with natural resources. Though literacy is essential, their innate knowledge of nature should be used to improve herbal medicine produce, honey, they can be trained in marketing too. Education combined with skill training will help in preventing drop outs as they are assured of better livelihood.
