Centralize Driving License Issuing Authority. Conduct several test(Like in developed country) shall not complete in one day. For every test there shall be fee. And every failure of test heavy fine to be imposed to conduct again. Renewal of old DL also must be undergone new tests to obtain new license. Hence quality of learning, driving improved and the department made to run independently by generating revenue its own.

it"s a fine idea, but the govt. has already been charging service tax from the end users. Rather, the gov. should press big business houses for providing funds under Corporate Social Responsibiliy.

The govt. needs to bring a rule which makes it compulsory for money transactions between govt and companies or people to be done through cheques only so that no politician can utilise the money. Every citizen must engage in banking and must have account so that money that he needs will be directly sent to his account and no money will be lost in transaction.

all state and central Govt provides its employees HRA whereas most of them stays at their home. Where Govt has provided accommodation they sublet the house ( 80% + Railway quarters sub leted ). I request Govt to fine with retrospective effect those taking undue advantage by availing HRA or accommodations and also take legal action against those landlords who provide false tenancy agreement etc to such employees. I sure Govt will certainly save enough money to make a huge fund

Shubham - Modi Sarkar - There is a big mountain to be drilled in getting the expenses paid by government for betterment to reach the needy not greedy - We started with the Railway Tickets - Until Bharath has middle men involvment in business or any trade or any service - Corruption will be there and still be hidding safely within the system and the concept of middle men is to be remediated - from a beggar to a millionaire no one takes challenge or risk without trust worthy middle men. example - Huge Contracts or maintaining huge projects completed - Please do share your thoughts on this to dig in more on the root cause and remedial measures.. Shubhamastu NAMO

sir, in our country the main cause of increasing the cost of any public project is delay, lack of vision & Co-ordination between departments , sir while planing a simple Bridge on railway we have to undergo various clearances n NOC"s . sir if we put any integrated window for the same & most imp. deadline limits of project completion , in this way we will save a very handsome amount n time also
