1. Those other than BPL card holders should renew their medical card ( issued from govt. hospitals) every year to access all govt hospital. In return, govt should provide a central database storing medical history of the patient, thus reducing processing, consulting and treatment time. Fees should not be mere symbolic. Online and on-the-spot renewal can be charged with different rates.

Less Government, More Governance - I truly appreciate it. India being a vast cosmopolitan country, need strict Governance but we don't need much Government. Specially the Inspectors who are great hurdles in way of Right to Freedom, Earning and Living. I found them to be a real burden on the exchequer. They draw huge salaries and commissions are formed by them, for them to revise their salaries to such a great extent un- achievable by any general Indian. Something needed to be done.

Have you ever observed about sugar prices?Since govt.stopped taking Levi sugar from mills for PDS,sugar prices has decreased despite the fact that sugar production has decreased. Now govt purchase at cheaper rates from market and gives subsidy to targeted people. Govt is now in profit. This is an example how subsidy cut can be beneficial for govt.industry and people. Subsidy should be provided for starting an industry not for running it.It should run itself. We have high demand. So why subsidy?

Canteen system for Farmers would be proved a mile stone. It will actualize Jai Jawan Jai Kisan slogan. Give its management to armed forces run by central govt.Goods from daily needs to tractor, manure, fertilizer everything at zero tax should be available here.It will give farmer a feeling of importance.Migration from village will stop to an extent. How to compensate revenue losses? Stop/cut subsidies to corporates.High demand will decrease production cost.Govt will be still in profit.
