All the appointments on the post of vice-chancellor or directors of engineering or medical institutions should have time-frame from advertisement to appointment and joining. Delay is usually to inhibit right candidate or waiting for wrong one.

Apply penalties on govt employees on not completing their tasks on time. This way they will be efficient, public will achieve satisfaction, broker raj will go off and people will learn to serve themselve

Kindly abolish flower or bouquet given to visiting officers in ceremonies. Gandhiji hated this idea too. Government Installations/building have huge space. Use this space to grow vegetables etc. Use this food for employee consumption and extra crop can be distributed etc. Food bills will become zero in such installations. Govt installations should have such an architecture which has enough daylight coming in so that tubelights are not needed in daytime thus saving on electric bills.

When four officers travel to same destination and back in four different vehicles without pooling one vehicle, the proportionate expenditure should be deducted from their salary.

When we go by air or rail, we pay through our nose. But when it comes to the staff, and ex-staff, they get concessions and free passes. Stop such perks or tax the individual heavily. likewise why should bank staff be given loans at concessional rates. It is the public money that is churned and not the staff's money. Such sops were necessary when there was a dearth of hands. now in this era of unemployment, such perks should go.

Service charges are imposed on us and the staff enjoy undue benefit. this should be stopped. Likewise when online and debit card transactions are made compulsory, there should not be any charges. We all know the interest paid by banks is much low. there is no point in imposing services charges when the money is retained by them.
