We need a new E-Waste Management System, which can consist of the following:
1. Govt should encourage startups in the field of e-waste recycling.
2. There are many engineering colleges in India providing courses on Sanitation Engineering or of some similar kind, this waste can be recycled by the students as projects.
3. Much of the labourers are out of work during the off season, they can be hired by Municipal Corporations during this time for e-waste recycling.

All the e-waste should be gathered from all corners, brought it at one side then recycle it or make use of it if possible in anyway. The people should be made aware of e-waste maintenance in proper way Or any waste can be brought at one side, clean it, checkout if something can be done out of that waste or distribute or give it to that creative person for free who can make a useful thing out of it. By this the waste is recycled and another person gets something useful without empting his pocket.

60 percentage of E wastes can be re used to export it to developing countries. Can extract Gold, Iron, Aluminium, Copper for the another 20 percentage of E wastes. 10 percentage of hazardous items in the e waste should be disposed and need to find out a mechanism for the same.
