Third suggestion- do not make IT user friendly. People will themselves make less use of it's products.

We need to involve students of young age more in sports and other outdoor activities so that they don't get engaged in electronics more hence less use of electronic hence fewer electronics and their business karne waalas and end of business minded people destroying the society. Well I believe in putting an end to the cause. Moreover how much will u recycle! There would be no end to it if things continue in the way they are. Imagine kids playing live trivia games instead of playing in field .true

First place from where these electrical wastes originate is home. And what we do is dump it in the dustbin. Alas, that can obviously turn fatal and the rescue to this according to me is please govt. do send your men to collect them first because otherwise it's all scattered. The same can be done from other places too. Pls mind I am only referring to electrical wastes. Then we can recycle it.
Secondly and most importantly ban the usage, making, selling etc. of too many devices.(I m short of word
