As i am an Electronic Engineering student.
There should be an e-waste cell in every college.
We the students should get encouraged by universities to carry out the e-waste projects.
e-waste project/ideas competition should be carried out separately by the government every year.

Prepare a national recycling policy.
Incentives should be provided to establish a recycling unit in industrial area.
Run awareness campaign aceoss the country to high light importance of recycling.
Set R&D centers to develop cost effective and environment friendly recycling techniques.
Encourege people to sell/donate E-Waste to collection centers which should be set across the nation.
Incloude all kind of waste in policy

Radon emission from several building components and materials is a big problem. We can address to such problems by making some products using cow dung to check its menace.

Getting rid of spent nuclear waste is also a big problem of the generation. We are also forgetting our old tradition of applying cow dung to our fields. This unique material has the capability to shield against nuclear radiation.Even it was put on granaries to reduce the amount of heat and regularly applied to the floors and walls of old houses.

Respected Sir! New age has its own advanced problems. We are forced to think what type of world a new generation will get after some sudden cataclysm. Will it full of metal scraps, electronic waste, worn out automobiles. Will it not good if the new age starts with more greenery, clean source of water for healthy survival of mankind.Batterys and heavy metals should be dumped at their origin from where the waste toxic component has been extracted.Cow dung is also a good material to shield radiation.

Reuse and recycling e waste:-
All the e waste is not the waste, like a not working computer system, it's all of the parts are not waste even some of the parts can be used which are in the working condition, then disassemblimg them, after that,
So by using these working parts is also a good method for re use of e waste.
Recycling :- the firstly the e waste will be finely crushed and then it will be melted or compressed to make an another object to make it be recycle of the e waste.

Many of the houses are piled up with old mobile phones which are of no use to them. Government can start a drive to collect these and distribute them among the mass poor population of the country for free. This would help in recycling the e-waste as well as a push for DIGITAL INDIA.
