Government should charge ewaste disposal fee on manufacturers of an electronic item or IT gadgets. Manufacturer will include this cost in selling price. This disposal fee should be utilised to run a ewaste collection centre in every locality and recycling unit.

Ewaste is becoming big problems. It is becoming difficult to dispose ewaste safely. Safety involves all kinds of safety associated with disposal of ewaste like chemical hazourds due to battery, plastics, personal data if left or accessible by miscreants after disposal etc. For proper disposal, there should be a collection centre in every locality in the city where people can give or send ewaste and get receipt of the same for erasing personal data. Thereafter these ewaste should be recycled.

Electronic cards recycling is laborious. There are recyclers who remove the parts by desoldering but needs proper guidence as lead is involved. The job can be distrubuted to backward areas where jobs are not available. The cards after desoldering can be dipped in sulphiric acid to disolve copper circuits. It can be converted to copper sulphate which is pesticide used in farmimg. The fiber glass board could be recycled or used with lean mixture of cement to embedd as tiles in waterchannels

we will face major problem with electronic waste.my suggestion's are as follws.we have old unservicable refrigerators.some sensible people are using as icebox for flowers, fish, cooldrinks etc.
some remove the compressor for scrap and allow freon gas into atmosphere. which could be collected & recycled. The insulation material can be used as insulation for houses in Himalayan villages inside their walls. Also can be compressed to make new homes with proper sandwich between wood.
