There is huge scope for encourage tourism , following are some issues we face 1) we should have comfortable mode of transport for all level of people , it's customer who is paying so govt should not be worried , if there are people ready to invest in better transportation and service that should be encouraged 2) Clean toilets and should be there are vital areas e.g thekady from Kerala is a vital spot by intl travellers but the boats over there don't have toilets ,and all same type of boats

Dear Sir - With the impending visit of the Vietnamese Prime Minister in New Delhi, I would like to beseech you to consider proposing visa-free travel between the two countries. The two countries are enormous markets which can benefit from free trade and exchange of goods and services, and such an arrangement between the two countries can be enhanced through exchange of tourists and businesspeople and service-professionals. The current restrictions impose a substantial cost on frequent travel.

be submitted online but also require mailed in docs (photos etc). Maybe we can make it all online? Less time spent, less resources needed, perhaps just as secure?? Please advise? Thank you.

Good morning; I think our Gov't is already on its way there but an e-visa scheme that can satisfy all paperwork online would be nice. Our MyGov portal perhaps could allow non-Indian passport holders to fill up the visa form online and submit a jpeg photo as well? That may reduce a lot of administrative paperwork for both applicants and the Gov't staff processing such applications? Then more time maybe spent on the interview processes? Same goes for PAN card applications; right now forms can...

India has rich natural and heritage beauty. The 1st diff is cleanliness.Hopefully with our new "Swachch Bharat" campaign, something soon will work out. We should have more dustbins placed, say one for every 10mins of walk.2nd is awareness about places. We have govt websites for each state and India as a whole, but they aren't that popular and user-friendly.3rd We should have a place to book hotels/lodges/travel from these sites and tourism department can get a share of it or something like that.

I Think unless we change the mindset and attitude of people , what ever achievements we have in future will not have complete impact. We should start the change in mind set from childhood , from young generation, so our new generation will have the proper mindset and discipline, which will help to boost the growth of India, as well will help to move the benefit till grass root level.

I think the recent FCNR scheme supported by Dr. Rajan was a wonderful means for NRIs to support India while earning a good return during a low rate environment. I hope such schemes could also be offered to Corporations super-majority owned by NRIs to further support the nation. I don't see how the risks would increase this way. Please consider this as I think increased FDI and increased forex reserves are key to India's economic strength in our globalized world.

Get embassy in various parts of the world to select 5-7 group of NRIs who would prepare reports on the basis of best practices in their respective countries with practical suggestions to govt of India. Eg: singapore report can consist of drainage system/public education system/waste water treatment/govt. affordable housing. Uk report could include solar power. Netherlands report could include wind power. Germany report could include car manufacturing. India has to reclaim it's lost glory.
