We can promote tourism by providing safe trips and guarantee that our tourist will not be mis-guided if they follow rules of course and don't do stupid things. We can have their details register at a central place or get it from airport authorities and should be able to track their travel. Proper analytics will give us idea on where the improvement needs most

I am a researcher in theoretical physics working in Spain. If India want to become the best country, we should build a world standard, technology oriented university where all the best minds of the world can join. We should attract private investment in academic research. Associated to this University, there should be a technology villa like the Silicon-Valley where people can make startup companies. We should focus more on alternate energy and the advanced propulsion technology.

India has host of old legislation carried over from British. These should be repealed in a stage manner and new legislation made after considering costs and benefits to the community. This was effectively done in Australia from 1989 -94, over 5 years. Also the courts must take decisions on cases very fast

Promotions in Government jobs, including IAS, should not be time bound or by seniority or reserved for and cadre. They should be filled up on merit, just like the Corporate sector does. This what happens in Australia and Singapore from my personal knowledge. No wonder, Singapore Airlines a Singapore Government owned Company is one of the best airlines in the World which even bid to buy Qantas. Most public sector companies are run by IAS. They think it is a jagir and don't care by their losses.

Dear PM Modiji, I would like to contribute to policy making by the Government. Today there is a need to update the old and archaic policies in every area of governance. One big area of strategic focus should be standardization. Successful economies like US have reduced cost, increased predictability and ease of public life in general by adopting standardization and policy making around this objective. A simple example around this concept is the case of school bus services and how to operate

Dear Mr. PM Modi jee, I made an excellent breakthrough for the concept of carbon synthesis from “Human Urine- one of the most abundant wastes on the planet”. If possible, I would like to work in India on this project to help and build our beloved country. My current findings will certainly help to clean India by easily collecting and utilizing the human wastes (Urine and faces) to produce vital and important materials for energy generation. This will reduce the environmental problems also.

RBI- has to issue NRI bond at rate of Current + 2 % interest rate to raise the $ for the National projects like Swatch Bharat, Water/ land project to minimise loan from IMF. Use own money. If each NRI will invest just $1000 India will get at least 2-3 trillion dollars for the projects. Keep in loop 3rd party as auditors like E&Y company for external audit and win NRI heart for the India's progress.

One of the biggest issues in India is corruption. That is there due to lack of accountability. One way to increase accountability is to have the courts speed up their judgement. In the face of so many cases pending in court, open the courts up 24x7. Have night judges to pass judgement. Have a time limit that no cases will go over 1 year before a judgement is given. With this accountability India will become much less corrupt !!

Through inspiring speech at the MSG, NY, PM appealed to NRIs to contribute in his initiative of skill development. For this initiative, he essentially needs three components: intent, resources and process. He profusely expressed intent but for resources and process he needs NRI to contribute. The talent exuded India are the best resource, in addition to foreign currency, and their experience abroad can provide him the best process. My suggestion is to run a program of "REVERSAL OF BRAIN DRAIN.

Many tourists from around the world dont necessarily travel in families. They go out as individuals based on their place of interest. I think for India, safety has been a concern. Establishing a good communication channel between guardians of law( Police ) and tourist can improve the situation dramatically and is also a way for Police to establish good repo with local people. With that level of comfort, we can ask friends at work to visit India with confidence.
