GOI must commission a project to make atleast one hour DVD, after thorough research, on contributions of India to science starting from concept of zero to Mars mission. This should be aired on all internal and external indian channels and overseas channels like Discovery as well as individual overseas government channels using good offices of our overseas missions. This will help improve the image of India overseas and NRIs will be able to hold their high with pride.

As a NRI I learnt a little while in India about real indian history. We were taught in India mostly Mughal and British history. Only on coming out I learnt about Maurayan Empire, Ashok, that Budha was born in India, and hold my head with pride. Previously it felt like we were always slaves. Indian history taught in schools in India needs to be revisited.

By the way, in the low cost vaccine technology mentioned below, I DO NOT have any vested interest, financial or otherwise. The only interest I have is to facilitate low cost vaccine availability in India.

Administration of vaccines (for all kinds of illnesses) is suboptimal in India due to various factors including availability and cost. Factors include expensive fermentation and purification process for manufacturing; cold storage, cold transportation, and sterile delivery; and availability of trained persons for injecting. There is a new patented technology to produce any and all biopharmaceuticals, including … … (continued on the next comment)

(continued from the previous comment)… … vaccine antigens, at an extremely low cost and eliminate the above mentioned constraints. The inventor of this revolutionary technology is a professor of Indian origin who would love to have low cost vaccines available in India. I would love to have a chance to visit India at my own cost to present this to appropriate (who have the authority to propel this forward) people in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare or other appropriate agency.

I have a Canadian passport with OCI. There is a Clause for OCI sticker transfer for kids upto age 18 years and senior age 50 years and above need to do all the process again to transfer the OCI sticker on their new passport. Which takes 3 to 4 month and we have to submit all the documents as new application. which is unnecessary hassle for us.

I am a Vascular-Interventional Radiologist, a unique sub specialty of Radiology, not very well developed in India. In fact, I left India to learn this skill and now I think it is time to give back by training/teaching young doctors and at the same time provide health care to needy patients, just as I do in the US. I have attempted to do so on several occasions in the past, but my zeal to return to India and help, has been mistaken for a sign of weakness or personal need.

Value of Indian Passport should be greatly increased. As of today there are very few countries where you get on-arrival visa with Indian Passport. There is a lot of hassle for lot travelers travelling for both pleasure and business. Indian government should consider taking to different countries with European union, Australia, Honk kong etc where they can get atleast 30 days On-arrival visa with Indian Passport. This could take lot of years, but this is step 1.

Dear sir, I live in UAE from last 10 years now and have seen massive tourism growth here. Few things they have done nicely here. 1. Safety and Security - Women are safe, children and safe, tourist are safe. There is a general opinion that UAE is safe and this creates a positive enviroment bringing more tourist. 2. Ease of doing business - There are many freezone where companies can do hastle free business. More expats in country bringing more tourism here. 3. Create iconic building and infra.
