Have periodic contests that vistors can post stories or pictures about their visits to India. Select the best (or max voted) and offer them a complimentary stay/ cash award to spend in India. The selected stories/ pictures should be on a GoI tourism website.

Yes surely NRI's can do that, but most of them don't want to show them the picture of dirty India. At paresent we all know that wherever we go, we find garbage, begger, shit on the streets. I am happy to tell them the rich and diverse culture of India, but these things make me think about telling them to come to my country. First of all we should create a clean, crime free and tourist friendly India. Belive me people are willing to come to india.

A disability act should be formulated by the government to address accessibility issues for individuals with physical and mental disability in areas of public transport, buildings and facilities. Of course the act would eventually have to address several other areas for its citizens but to start with and to start urgently; at least the basics have to be set up for its citizens and future tourists. Just like other Indians NRIs too have their personal priorities. Don't just keep asking for favours. First tell what government is planning to do boost tourism. Can you ensure cleaner well guarded tourist spots? Can you present better picture of tourist spots by uniform shops and beggars free? What's your plan for this? Don't ask questions for the sake of just asking questions. Prepare hot tourist spots and other tourist spots then further bifurcate as beaches, temples, zoos, jungle safaris.
