9. Government to form a special cell and committee for NRIS in India to work on all these areas and all NRIS all over the world who are technical in research field to contribute for our country research and development projects by sharing their ideas on regular basis

8. India to focus on becoming self reliant on using their Natural resources available in India by taking services of NRIS staying abroad and use their knowledge and expertise, skills to improve the methodologies in India.

7. The spending money for Research and Development in Budget to be increased in Research Institutions as well as IITS, RECS to innovate the new techniques and methods in inventing new energy resources instead of petrol and diesel

6. All the process for getting permissions from government authorities to be simplified and accelerated. Benefits to be given to the people who come forward to invest. Redtapism to be totally controlled in government offices and process time for approvals to be minimized by developing the IT enable support services in government offices

5. Government should encourage NRIS to come forward and invest in India in different areas of infrastructure, IT, Oil and gas and all other sectors which can contribute to the economic growth and gdp of the country

4. Efficient project management systems required to see that all projects completed in time and budget. For example in Andhra Pradesh Jalayagnam projects delay costed huge amount for government than estimated cost. If the government is wise enough they have focused on few projects and completed them 100 percent instead of starting all projects and without finishing a single project till today

In India we need to spend lot of money for developing infrastructure for the coming years and availability of funds shortage is big bottle neck for developing the infrastructure for huge population of more than 125 crores.Globally Proven Cost effective technologies and methods to reduce the project cost and complete the projects ahead of schedule to avoid cost overrun for government

. In India focus should be in completing the no of projects more by reducing the cost for completion of project for example if govt spends 40000 crores for development of 20 infrastructure projects than government should have strategy to optimize the resources and the total cost of the project to be reduced and that money to be allocated for 25 to 30 projects by adapting new innovative technologies for cost reduction
