With globalization an integral part of the lives of most Indians, it is essential that those who deal with their foreign counterparts are well versed in the "art of the deal". As one who worked in Corporate America for decades, I found that many brilliant Indian professionals in the IT field, were unable to strike a deal or get ahead, as they lacked the "marketing" skills in making the "sale". This results in them become "order takers" rather than "order givers". NRI's can help close this gap.

Namaskar! Pradanmantri ji, Must we have 'Vedic bank' and 'Vedic foundiation' for support our Sanskrit worldwide. Pl don't forget in worlds forms non Indian, who likes too much India studying our Vedic philosophy and ready to support India not only theoretical, physical also financial. So must we have to give chance the foreigner, who like India, Vedic culture, accepting our religion like Iskon. This will give us big potency for development India physical and financially.

Our Country men here in Dubai, face lots of problems due to lack of International Level Certification system for the qualifications they have. Phillipines government before they allow their citizens to come out of their country give them enough certifications which help them to grow with faster pace. Our Indian people are left in labour jobs where the other countrymen gets high paid job. Which affects money transfer to India. Example : RICS Membership, RIOB memberships etc.

Namaste, There are many of us NRIs willing to comeback to India. I feel Govt should come up with a scheme to recruit NRIs for administrative positions in various capacities. This will yield great results for these reasons. 1.Many NRIs have an INTENSE FEELING OF GUILT that they have to do something for INDIA. 2.When NRIs r back in IND,They are most mostly done with the race of Money making and have a very high chance of being NON-CORRUPT. 3.They bring new ideas to the system to break the pattern

I think NRIs living in developed countries can be a very useful resource for the PM because they have experienced first hand how the schools operate, what the children are taught, how the people stand in queues, how people work in a team spirit. Eg, if the Ministry of education hires NRIs who had their schooling in a developed country, they can model an education system which creates mindset that nurtures progress for all - development is only an external manifestation of a developed mindset.

Dear PM, We (NRI's) get passport easly in USA but getting passport in our own country need to pay lots of money to agent and polish specially when they know you are travelling abroad.Immediate passport is the worst process we have it should be attested by class 1 officer which they do not ready to sign unless you have agent to get this done for which they charge at least 20k.There is need to change this law and make them accountable to explain ,if they disagree to attest the passport form.
