Govt. of India. As you are nearing 100 days, it is a sad feeling that the people of India are unable to see the work done by the Govt. Can each Ministry publish on their website ACTION PLANS for the short, medium & long term and update the status of the same each month or each quarter. Please also name the team leaders for the Action Tasks. Governance like Justice should also be seen to be done.THE PEOPLE SHOULD SEE WHAT THEIR SEVAKS ARE DOING OR HAVE DONE.

It should be the goal of the Ministry of Housing to substantially reduce the cost of real estate in Metros. This will reduce the cost of doing business in India and will reduce the cost of living for the citizens. This will add several more jobs. Unfortunately due to extremely high real estate price in cities like Mumbai, many investors have shifted investments in other cities not only in India but other countries.

As of date there is a great deal of ambiguity regarding the formula used to calculate the difference between the carpet area and the sale-able area. Builders & Developers appear to be cheating consumers who are unaware of the law.

This will help decongest the city and will allow for new and wider roads, installation / renewal of gas,power, water and transport infrastructure. Additionally to overcome the builders mafia, the Central Govt should form JV's with companies like L&T and build low to medium cost housing towers all over the city.
