The following points needs to be considered by any construction company in future opportunities to use and conserve renewable source of energies:
•Water heating, Use of public lights, fans like in corridors, gates with electricity generated solar panels. Having powerwalls to save excess solar energy.
•Rainwater harvest from rooftops even if there is limited supply of rain, would replenish ground water level and provide clean water in long term. (Can be mandated for all new construction)

all roof top must have 5 to 10 kw solar power supply. this also make building energy efficient.

Real estate and building construction sector have vase possibilities and opportunities, Hon. PM has made great effort that all the people in India having one home per family upto 2022, hence, the requirement of multi storied building is very important, hence, there should be proper facilities like, water,drainage, electricity, parking, solar, safety, entertainment, water recharge system, ventilation, fire safety, earthquake safety, clean environment, etc. should be considered, best wishes
