Do we have the human and infrastructural facilities that can fully exploit the opportunities of TEL. To what extent do our institutions leverage the potential of ICT for improving access and quality of general and technical education and also faculty development.

information delivered through devices such as tablets, smart-boards, etc. While these are valuable, in some ways, we are trying to re-create what is already available through books, televisions, etc.

Technology and science can be well interesting if students are taught the same content but in interesting practical possibilities and applications of them innovative way. For example in case of magnetism so many innovative fun giving game like practical applications using materials easily available in mechanical shops, hardware shops.

for class 1 to 12 ncert and cbse team must upload videos of all the subjects.and also separate lectures on problem discussion between teachers and students.govt should set up 24 hour free educational channel like DD.for university students same should be done. i have seen some lectures on youtube uploaded by MIT n others .really they are teaching very very efficiently and making student more understandable.so plz if govt can do it then plz . i proms this wil make our youth gnrtn more prodctv

Don't Depend on Internet for Digital Teaching, Start New TV Channels for Each Education Stream. And Show Lectures from Institutes Like IIT,IIM,AIIMS on them for Specific Time Table.

PM Uses 3D Campaign, Similar Can we Use for IIT,IIM,AIIMS Teaching to reduce Cutthroat Competition and Cost of Education. It will Reduce Govt. Budget to start new IIT, IIM Like Institutions. Practicals can be done in Near by Eng. Colleges/Industries. Same Quality Education will be Available for all. It can be Used in School Education too.

students and faculty understand the need and potential of TEL, though infrastructural facilities are meager in this field TEL keeps student and faculty in touch with recent development of there areas,current trends and needs, thus there employablity can be enhanced.Students and faculty will be exposed to vast area of knowledge,which help them introspect where they stand, it will also help in international comparison and will compell corrective timely measures.

Till class VIII or X, students should be provided with animated video lectures of maths and science. so, they can easily understand these subjects.
