Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will share his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with the farmers of India on 22nd March 2015.

The Prime Minister is very keen to interact with his farmer sisters and brothers across India and would also like to hear their thoughts, ideas and insights on a wide range of issues relating to agriculture. He has requested farmers across India to write to him and send letters to ‘Mann Ki Baat, Akashvani, Sansad Marg, Delhi – 110001’. Some farmers can ask the Prime Minister their question directly during the episode.

MyGov also gives you all this wonderful opportunity to contribute through ideas and inputs for the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ episode with India’s hardworking farmers.

The PM has repeatedly said that India cannot progress until the farmers of the Nation progress and has assured that the Centre will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the agricultural progress of India.

#MannKiBaat: CONT. FROM MY LAST POST:- FOREST DEPT. HAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF FOREST LAND FOR LAST ABOUT 50 YEARS AND THESE LANDS EITHER HAS BEEN ALLOTTED TO FARMERS BY GOVT. BODIES OR HAS BEEN OCCUPIED BY THE FARMERS FOR FARMING. CASES IN LACS ARE PENDING BEFORE COURTS OF LAW WHERE FARMERS ARE SEEKING OWNERSHIP OF SUCH LANDS. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO INTERFERE IN THE MATTER TO DECIDE SUCH CASES IN THE FAVOUR OF THE FARMERS TO BOOST THE FARMING.

most farmers are paid below msp prices..govt official and middle men are involved in it...the govt official would tell farmer his crop is of low quality, and offers farmer very little price then middle men comes make an offer little more than govt. official but quite less than msp, the farmer is compelled 2 sell below msp...this situation is quite comman in punjab and further govt. official buys same crop from middlemen at msp.. online quality certificate centre if made available will resolve it.

I am a farmer from Hoshangabad madhya pradesh.I feel farmers are neglected. There was scarsity of DAP & UREA.support price of wheat increased only 3%.in the regime of vajpayee ji during 1998 and 2004 it increased 1.5% per year.than BJP faced consequences. So please dnt ignore farmers. Sir, Jis Gareeb kisan ko sirf kheti se apni beti ki shadi karna ho us kisan ki jagah khud ko rakh kar dekhna chahiye . India nahi bharat ki chinta kariye . India Aur Bharat me abhi bahut antar h.

Dear Prime Minister, Assessment of agriculture lose due to unexpected rainfall can be made simply by taking a geo-tagging photograph from respective villages and agriculture fields in particular. A geo-tagging photograph is a GPS enabled photograph which has location information altogether. The duties of review team can be made just by taking a photograph from the field and sending it to the central server through email... thats all it takes.
