Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will share his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with the farmers of India on 22nd March 2015.

The Prime Minister is very keen to interact with his farmer sisters and brothers across India and would also like to hear their thoughts, ideas and insights on a wide range of issues relating to agriculture. He has requested farmers across India to write to him and send letters to ‘Mann Ki Baat, Akashvani, Sansad Marg, Delhi – 110001’. Some farmers can ask the Prime Minister their question directly during the episode.

MyGov also gives you all this wonderful opportunity to contribute through ideas and inputs for the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ episode with India’s hardworking farmers.

The PM has repeatedly said that India cannot progress until the farmers of the Nation progress and has assured that the Centre will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the agricultural progress of India.

I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW YOUR ATTENTION TOWARDS LAND FOR FARMING. GOVT. NEED LAND FOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AND FARMING LAND IS OCCUPIED FOR THE PURPOSE. THERE IS A LAW THAT THE LANDS BELONGS TO FOREST DEPT. NEITHER BE GIVEN TO FARMERS FOR FARMING NOR THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS. THE AREA OF LAND FOR FARMING IS REDUCED EVERY YEAR. PLEASE ARRANGE TO MAKE LAW THAT THE FARMERS FARMING ON FOREST LANDS BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE FARMING. THESE LANDS CAN BE GIVEN TO FARMERS FOR FARMING ONLY. DINESH-9413313351

Promoting Producer Company by farmers for joint 'Integrated Farming' farmers can get 3 source of income - annual rent of their land, wages against their service in the Producer Company and dividends against their shares. All members of a shareholder family between 18-60 years ages can work in the company and may earn Rs.15-20K/month/family If Producer Company can run professionally like ITC/Cargrill/Monsanto they can make huge profit to use surplus fund for social development.

Land record shows area to the scale & not actual area. If scale is improper due to corruption/ fraudulent intention, it makes huge difference on actual land. Conflicts results to disagreements, court matters or even personal revenges between adjacent farmers/ land holders. These matters go for years without justice on time & lot of government officials corruption involved. Best solution to eliminate this is to show & record the actual area & measurements of fields on the land records explicitly.

I wish that Modijee can speak up on 1. Land Acquistion Ammendment, 2014 that all other Law which were not inculded prevuously are now inculded for the compenstation in the act. But till the Act passes in both houses, Atlest issue the notification under 105 & 106 2. Devlope the accurate weather prediction system which help farmers, also try to restructure the announcement system, like Starting from Gram Panchayat, taluka Panchayat , seva sadan, Radio and news paper to circulate it.

Dear PM My suggestion for online platform (App) is for farmers especially small and medium farmers who’s depending nature weather for farming who is most important for our country. If we consider farming is business there should be market study before starting a business for understanding the profit and loss maximum and below price of harvested crops Maximum expense and profit and required capital .I hope gov can do this for farmers.
