RESPECTED SIR,
1)FIRST THERE IS NO RESPECT FOR THE FARMERS IN THE SOCIETY.
2)NO ONE WILLING TO GO AND WORK IN THE VILLAGES AS VILLAGES LACK FACILITY.
3)NONE OF THE PERSON IS WILLING TO GIVE HIS DAUGHTER TO FARMER.
4)NO ONE CAN SOLVE THIS SINGLE ISSUE IN THIS CENTURY.
5)NO PROPER PRICE FOR THEIR PRODUCTS
6)AS MAJORITY ARE WORKING AS FARMER SO POLITICS REVOLVE AROUND THEM
7)THERE IS NO NEED FOR SUBSIDY IF PROPER PRICE IS GIVEN TO THEIR PRODUCT
8)LACK OF EDUCATION AMONGST FARMER.

sir,
raise the fund from public donation to distribute among the affected farmers due unexpected weather condition, one can be motivated to donate generously by giving tax exemption on donated amount. since this is serious uncontrollable situation it needs urgent attention
