Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will share his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with the farmers of India on 22nd March 2015.

The Prime Minister is very keen to interact with his farmer sisters and brothers across India and would also like to hear their thoughts, ideas and insights on a wide range of issues relating to agriculture. He has requested farmers across India to write to him and send letters to ‘Mann Ki Baat, Akashvani, Sansad Marg, Delhi – 110001’. Some farmers can ask the Prime Minister their question directly during the episode.

MyGov also gives you all this wonderful opportunity to contribute through ideas and inputs for the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ episode with India’s hardworking farmers.

The PM has repeatedly said that India cannot progress until the farmers of the Nation progress and has assured that the Centre will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the agricultural progress of India.

Sir about the land bill dispute I think still there is a scope of some amendments like - Some farmers dont want money for the land rather they prefer- Jameen ke badle jameen.Farmers can make such demand.Kisano ko banjar jameen ke badle upjawoo jameen di ja sakti hai. This formula is popular in small villages where furtile land is costly than the unfurtile land. The other formula is that farmers may me given crops insurance free of cost if their land is aquired for project.grass comsn also be given

For tomorrow:-  What is there for youth/Modern farmers? Like me!!  What are the rules for culprit farmers, who cheat in the name of real farmer?  Who is the authority to save farmers? They save politicians and distribute money to them  Many questions I have but time won’t permit to sit here more. Regards Bhagirathi Das

Sir, Misusing the trust of innocent Kashmiris, Radio Kashmir for its profit advertises strongly about pesticides and fertilizers. Most of them are sub-standard, thus is fully responsible for the breakage of Kashmiri’s backbone. Ghulam Ahmad Shah Drugmulla (Kupwara) - 193222 Kashmir.

Respected Sir, I want to suggest you to promote Agricultural education in such a way that a day would come when we give the same value or more than that value to them as compared to an Engineer or Doctor as it would lead in the growth of our country which is 70% dominant in Agriculture. This will not only lead us growing ahead in agriculture but also create an interest in our youth to grow up in Agriculture which is almost neglected or treated at the last by the middleman of our country.
