"QUESTION FOR MANN KI BAAT ON 22 MARCH"
Ministry of Railway has initiated a mega Dedicated Freight Corridor Project. For this project they have acquisited the land & still acquiring the land from farmers. According to the provision under Land Acquisition Act-2014,clause no-105,to make the payment of compensation to affected farmers, within 1 year time period publication of notification is required from govt. The period is over but it has not published. What are the steps initiated for farmers???

#Mann_Ki_Baat ,farmers who are really facing danger because of credit system, they are mainly small land farmer(bhagchasi), farm laborer, integrate 100 days work, must a separate database of exact block wise land owner, land laborer, coordinate block officer- DM-CM-PM chain, bank account any subsidy -any scheme money direct transfer, but rural banks management including big farmers + political people create huge credit-scam , it can be diverted to terror black money , here in bengal

#mannKiBaat i want to suggest few more points, 1)our 30% crops are wastage due to proper storage system, investment warehouse scheme by public bond, under 80c module & build warehouse in crop zonal district , 2)radio message for farmers even unorganized sector people about health insurance, pension scheme, bank account scheme, soil health card, try 4 scheme management under one umbrella, farmer visit 1 office/school, there he will get all amenities , it will cover all aspects, money will save

Registration process of farmars with mobile no. should be implement as like as BJP join campaign. Now a day most of farmers have mobiles. Give knowledge to farmers with registered mobile numbers. Also make land details 7/12 connect to registered mobile number. Let's utilize our strongest communication system- mobile.

sir, ex serviceman should be given Farmer status directly and without much formalities. I am from Gujarat, and I am ex serviceman. As such there is need of knowledgeable, technical and capable people starts farming. So ex service men should be given farmer status automatically in spite of not having land.

Unfortunatly employing latest machineries is uneconomical for small farmenrs.support thru subsidies to Small Scale Farmers (SMFs) like SMEs are required. For recent dameges compensation & adequate MSP is reqrd. Large farmers should pay some tax to support small one.Educated people should join Agri.Training to farmers at tehsil level.Appoint Agri consultant at block who will visit farms and advise farmers instantly. Resurvey of land to identify encroachment done by mafias in past on poor's land.

Is it possible for the Govt to come up with some estimated figure as to how much land may need to be acquired in say next 5 years on the basis of stalled, proposed and envisaged projects and from which states/regions? If possible, the opposition to the bill on the basis of an unfounded fear psychosis propagated by those who want to keep the poor of India poorer by saying that the #LandBill is anti-farmer may be demolished automatically in the 'unaffected areas'. #MannKibaat

Govt can take steps to bring more educated people towards agriculture. modern agri related technologies should be adopted. the golden rule of lab to land must be emphasized. Especially govt should encourage youths to take part in agri based works and business. One thing we must remember the food we are eating cant be produced by industry cant be downloaded cant be programmed. only farmer can do this..
